• Sessions and consultations are available by appointment only.

  • If the area the client is getting treatment on has makeup, the client must remove all makeup in that area. If specialist has to remove makeup, then that time will be deducted from service.

  • New clients are required to book a new client consultation and to fill out the new client profile form.

  • Clients under the age of 18 years old must have parent or legal guardian book their appointment.

  • Parent or legal guardian must show ID when dropping off clients under the age of 18 years old.

  • Clients are required to arrive on time to receive the full service being charged.

  • Booking is done through our self booking platform.

  • Deposits are required to secure appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • All clients are required to acknowledge and agree to the policies. A signature will be required on the new client profile form.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

  • No call, no shows will result in loss of deposit.

  • Service payments are non refundable once the session has begun.

Late Policy:

  • There is a 10 min grace period for all appointments

  • For example, if your appointment begins at 10:00AM, you may arrive up until 10:10AM

  • Beginning at 10:11AM you may still attend your appointment, but your session will end at the originally scheduled time.

  • If you choose to reschedule and come another day, your deposit will be kept, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
